Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business days to let you know your order is on the way. It takes an additional 5-6 business days for the delivery.

STORE PICKUP

Currently we do not offer store pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 kms of our office. The local delivery option will not show up during checkout, but your delivery will be prioritized.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. It takes an additional 5-6 business days for the delivery. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders below a certain order value and depends on the shipping zone as per the PIN code provided during the checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@habbaa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
